North Country Chorus


Rehearsals are in full swing for our spring season. Concerts will take place on May 2, 3, and 4 in local venues. The program will feature two works by W.A Mozart, "Vespers Solemnes de Confessore" and "Regina Coeli," as well as several short contemporary works.

The North Country Chorus is a community chorus of about 80 members. Under the direction of Alan Rowe, it serves the Upper Connecticut River Valley of New Hampshire and Vermont. The Chorus typically presents three series of concerts each year as well as three nights of Madrigal Dinner in January. Performances during the Christmas season and in the spring feature mostly classical works. Summer concerts feature a variety of shorter pieces.
