NCC prepares for 70th Fall season!

Rehearsals are under way for the Fall 2016 season. Concerts will be held during the first weekend of December at locations in the North Country area. The featured pieces this season will be A Christmas Cantata by Arthur Honegger, Fantasia on Christmas Carols by Ralph Vaughan Williams, and several other short works. More ...

NCC Announces New Pianist

North Country Chorus is very pleased to welcome Joseph K. Hansalik as its new keyboard artist. Joseph graduated from The Ohio State University with degrees in Music Composition and Piano Performance and Business Administration (2012). He has since been musician at four churches, entertained at three assisted living homes, given concerts, accompanied choirs, and given piano lessons. Joseph plans to continue pursuing a career in the arts.





Remembering Ralph

The North Country Chorus is a community chorus of about 80 members. Under the direction of Alan Rowe, it serves the Upper Connecticut River Valley of New Hampshire and Vermont. The Chorus typically presents two series of concerts each year as well as three nights of Madrigal Dinner in January. Performances during the Christmas season and in the spring feature mostly classical works.
