The chorus is preparing for its 34th annual Madrigal Dinner, Hello, Columbus!, to be held at the Monroe (NH) Town Hall on January 23, 24, 25, 2015. Would you like to participate? Info and participant survey here.

North Country Chorus and the St. Johnsbury Town Band will collaborate in a Musical Salute to Veterans on Monday 10 November, 7 pm at North Congregational Church in St. Johnsbury. Proceeds will benefit the St. Johnsbury History & Heritage Center.

Singers: Rehearsal on Tuesday 4 November will be at North Congregational Church (stone building on Main Street, across from Fairbanks Museum). Use the side entrance.


Rehearsals are under way for three performances of Handel's Messiah on December 5, 6, 7 in Littleton, Wells River and St. Johnsbury. More ...

The North Country Chorus is a community chorus of about 80 members. Under the direction of Alan Rowe, it serves the Upper Connecticut River Valley of New Hampshire and Vermont. The Chorus typically presents three series of concerts each year as well as three nights of Madrigal Dinner in January. Performances during the Christmas season and in the spring feature mostly classical works. Summer concerts feature a variety of shorter pieces.
