How to Join

New Singer Registration: New singer pre-registration is done online, and generally opens two or three weeks prior to the start of each season's rehearsals. Spring 2020 registration for new singers: https://forms.gle/gxFxH9ZfwqhfqM8BA

Note: if you have sung in the North Country Chorus in the past 2 years (2018 and 2019), we already have your registration info, and you don't need to complete pre-registration again. Instead, please log into the Members section of this site, and indicate your availability for the "Register Here for Spring 2020 Season" event.

New Singers: The North Country Chorus welcomes new singers during the first three rehearsals of each season! The chorus is open to anyone who can match pitch, attend the rehearsals, learn the music, and be able to participate in the performances. If you are considering joining and have questions feel free to email the music director. musicdirector@northcountrychorus.org

Where and When: We rehearse on Tuesdays from 7:15 to 9 pm in the band room of the Morse Center for the Arts at St. Johnsbury Academy. See map below (also, number 20 on this map). Parking is in the rear of the building (next to number 21 on that map).

Membership Fee: $35 for the entire concert year (i.e. both fall and spring seasons). Membership is required to sing. Membership fees for high school and college students are $20 per year.

Attendance policy: A singer who misses more than three rehearsals in a season is responsible for meeting with Musical Director Alan Rowe to determine their readiness to perform in a concert.
