Dear NCC singers!

This fall, I have chosen “A Child’s Christmas In Wales” by Matt Harris and “Magnificat” by Bach , with concerts Dec. 3 and 4.  This is an encore program from 2016 which was a wonderful success and well received. Because the Harris work is not in stock, we will be borrowing copies. Those who wish can purchase a score from Amazon. The Bach is in our library. In the spring, we will revisit “Considering Matthew Shepherd” for our spring concerts. Performances will be May 6 and 7.

We had a productive board meeting this week and again, I am so grateful for those who are willing to donate their time for the good of the group. Nick and Heather have done a masterful job in leading us through these crazy years and I hope we are through the worst of it. At the same time, “it takes a village” so to speak, to maintain this organization at a high level. Though there are a number of roles to fill, most pressing as we begin the new year is the Costume Committee. We are looking for 2-4 people to manage the distribution and organization of our inventory. If you might be interested, please seek out Heather for more details.

Finally, we will be following the guidelines used by Catamount re: COVID which is that masking is optional and we will no longer be checking vaccination records. Registration info and dues payment is on the website: (and outlined above).

My best,
